Thank you for the bug report. I'm looking into this ASAP. Not entirely sure what's causing it but have been able to replicate the issue here too, so I'm working on a fix.
I'll notify you as soon as I can figure out what's causing it!

I have fixed the issue.
Attachment removal is functional now.

I am having the same issue...I just installed Curves UI today! I cannot remove attachments when editing a post!
